Category 6 shielded patch cable is designed to protect critical data from EMI (ElectroMagnetic interference), which is known to degrade, disrupt, or even interrupt connectivity. Electromechanical devices, such as electric motors, transformers, magnets, and fluorescent lighting ballast cause this type of interference. Shielded patch cables are ideal wherever stable data transfer is critical in this type of environment, and are especially useful in healthcare and manufacturing facilities. Each comes UL verified and meets .TIA/EIA-568-C.2 Cat.6 standards.

Our Category 6 shielded cables are made of four twisted 26AWG pure copper wire pairs cable. Each pair is foil shielded then 4 pairs are again braid shielded. This double shielding structure provides ultimate EMI protection. The snagless bubble design protects the locking tabs on the RJ45 connectors from being damaged or accidental snapped off. Our Category 6 shielded cables are offered in a variety of lengths and colors for your needs.
